If you want a buffet then it is a good tasting selection, some food was at a decent temp while others were not. This is to be expected for a buffet style restaurant. By buffet standards decent food for a decent price, bottomless drink is definitely only correct way to go though.

My first time visiting here and it was a Sunday afternoon and super busy with families. The food was all good but lots of things ran out (although they were replacedfairly quickly), and some things could have been warmer. It's just a bit cramped, with too many people trying to get to the serving stations.....and too many kids using hands to help themselves! But the staff that served us were great and its good value.

Food is fine, you can get refillable drinks but they give you tiny cups and stuff ran out in wasn’t sorted within about and hour

Update from yesterday! Wow what a change! From 3 to 5 stars from us :) We love all new changes they made to Cosmo :) Little vegan/vegetarian station + more choice on fruits and waffles, croissants,desserts,apple pie, Staff were really friendly when we stock in the lift and it was overall very good experience. We could tell manager was over looking if everyone is ok what was nice. The only thing I would like to see improvements on is more vegan dishes and desserts but we will definitely be back ^;^ We used to go there all the time but last few Sundays we were very disappointed how some dishes were unavailable including simple noodles and we had to wait for a while for them to come out… My family eats meat and they said that quality went down and I don’t eat meat and I felt exactly the same way. You can taste that dishes don’t taste the same as they used to. They could do more vegan dishes and desserts for sure.

This is the worse buffet I have been to if I could have gave zero starts I would have. Cross contamination with food. Extremely over crowded with people it felt like animals had been let out to eat. The whole set up is literally manic. I went here for my daughter's birthday (Saturday 22nd Feb 25) from we entered it was manic. Why allow people to make a booking an have them waiting around for over 30 minutes because had we been late that would have been our table gone. The corner where they ushered people to wait was over crowded and loud nowhere to sit. I had an over stimulated autistic child. By the time we got up there it was the worse atmosphere I have ever been in.. for the price it definitely wasn't worth it, not at that time. There wasn't really much food there. The handling of the food was atrocious if you have allergies I definitely wouldn't go. I witnessed someone pick up fish sushi an just throw it down next to the cucumber sushi which I wanted but because I don't eat fish that contamination threw me off. If I hadn't seen that I could be in a very serious situation today cause I have allergies myself. I paid money to eat nothing because I couldn't chance it with all that my eyes seen. If that wasn't bad enough they have a carvery section where the man was using the same knife to cut all the meats. I don't eat pork. Food in places it had no business being. Food in the curry... It's a disaster waiting to happen The system doesn't work there is no space in-between anything your just on top of people. The only highlight was the fact that they were very enthusiastic an happy to sing happy birthday for my daughter. To be honest I feel like I need to take this further because I was being disgusted with all that I seen going on.

We were waiting at the desk to be seated. As we were just about to be sorted another customer walked past us, straight to the counter and the lady behind the counter who clearly knew that we were next in line decided to ignore us and deal with the man who pushed past us. We left immediately. I can't rate this place as we never made it in because of the poor treatment we received before we were seated. Needles to say we certainly won't go there again or recommend it to anyone.

Being Valentines day, we visited here and was Bitterly Dissatisfied and Very Disappointed with this place We had to pay upfront (unlike most similar buffet restaurants) for food that looked old, and dried up. You had to also reach across allowing your jacket to into the food on your plate. We had to ask for plates to be Warmed Up with every serving, as the stacks of plates their for the customers are All FREEZING COLD with the new further down the plates with a WET SURFACE. The layout is also terrible, and thank God this was my 1st and very last visit, to this utterly appalling dining experience (if that's what you call it) Had it not been Valentines Day, I would of got up and walked out before paying upfront- but I didn't want to disappoint my wife, who to my shock and horror said similar to me, after we left. I really felt I had been ROBBED of £43, for two plates each of food, most of it, dried up and utterly disgusting. Never again.
